Ordering Guide
Ordering for Signature Selection online is easy. Please note the following payment and delivery options
PAYMENT OPTIONS
At the moment we offer online banking transfer as a payment option.
ONLINE BANK TRANSFER
For Trinidad & Tobago customers ONLY. you may complete your order by selecting Online Transfer. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you via WhatsApp messaging with Banking Information to execute payment. Upon payment please send a copy to continue processing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING, PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Once you complete the checkout process, you’ll receive the standard Order Confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and will be processed. We will prepare your order for delivery and when ready, will notify you via email.
You shall receive an email captioned “A note has been added to your order”.
Local Delivery
We deliver to Trinidad & Tobago only and have our own fleet of delivery vehicles. Tobago is served via the inter-island ferry.
International Delivery
We do not offer international deliveries at this time.
Delivery in Trinidad
We deliver anywhere in Trinidad and delivery is FREE. Your order is carefully packed and transported and leaves our warehouse in good condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to your merchandise, please alert the driver before signing. Once you sign-off on the delivery, we cannot be held responsible for issues that may arise later.
Delivery to Tobago
All orders with Tobago addresses are shipped via ferry for an additional 10% surcharge of your order amount. This surcharge will be automatically applied when you select ‘Tobago’ as your delivery option. The same care and attention to packaging and transporting applies and so it is essential that you inspect your items before signing receipt.
